Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees and delivery timeframes depend on your shipping destination and selected delivery option at checkout.

  • Domestic deliveries: Estimated 3–7 business days
  • International deliveries: Estimated 7–21 business days

Please note that all delivery estimates are approximate and may be impacted by customs clearance, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

International Shipping

We ship globally and welcome international orders. Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are not included in your order total and may be charged upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & Delivery

Delays & Lost Packages

If your delivery seems delayed beyond the estimated window, we recommend checking your tracking link first. If needed, you can also contact the carrier. For unresolved issues, our team is here to support you.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an error, additional shipping costs may be required to resend.

Split Shipments

Occasionally, to ensure faster service, items in your order may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each package when this happens.
